Day Trips from Granada by Car


One of the provinces in the autonomous Andalusia, Spain is Granada. Located at the bottom of the mountains of Sierra Nevada, this magnificent city is also surrounded by three rivers namely Beiro, Darro and Genil. Around 125 kilometers of Malaga, Granada is one of the must-sees when touring around Andalusia in your car hire.

Considered one of the gems of Andalusia, Granada is the home of the dazzling Muslim historical site Alhambra. Moorish palaces and gardens make up this place. It was once a palace of the Nasrid Sultans way back in the 13th and 15th century. Alhambra was contructed in the 11th century on Assabika, a red hill overlooking the city of Granada. When your rental car arrives at Alhambra, you will be able to see the different halls and courtyards located inside the palace.
